Hairelite is an independent unisex salon at 598 Barking Road in Plaistow, run by Theresa, Michelle and the team. Ladies, gents and children are all welcome, and many of the families here have been coming since day one.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both are welcome. Walk in when you're passing, or call ahead on 020 3802 7481 to book a time that suits you; worth doing for colour and busy Saturdays.
Do you cut men's and children's hair too?
Yes. Hairelite is a unisex salon for ladies, gents and children. We're used to little ones, first haircuts included, and there's no rush.
How much does colour cost?
It depends on your hair length and the service: balayage on long hair is different to a root tint. Give us a ring and we'll give you a clear price, and we always start colour with a consultation so there are no surprises.
Can you fix colour that's gone wrong elsewhere?
Colour correction is one of the things we're known for. Book a consultation first so we can look at your hair, talk through what's realistic and plan it properly.
